Location: Miami, Florida
Schedule: Full-time
Languages: Spanish & English (Bilingual preferred)
Licensed Immigration Attorney to represent clients before ICE, the Immigration Court (EOIR), and USCIS.
- Active U.S. law license (Florida preferred).
- Immigration law experience.
- Knowledge of removal proceedings, asylum, adjustments, and waivers.
- Strong legal writing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases.
- Spanish/English bilingual preferred.
- Represent clients in Immigration Court.
- Handle matters before USCIS and ICE.
- Appear at immigration hearings.
- Develop legal strategies.
- Supervise and collaborate with legal staff.
- Maintain direct client communication.
