Job Summary
Under the direction of the Director of Facilities & Operations, the Custodial Supervisor plans organizes, directs, and supervises custodial operations for assigned district facilities. This position provides direct supervision, leadership, evaluation, and accountability for custodial staff; ensures compliance with district standards for cleanliness, safety, and maintenance; and performs custodial and minor maintenance duties as necessary. The Custodial Supervisor operates within the framework of district policies, administrative regulations, collective bargaining agreements, and all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
Requirements / Qualifications
Five years of custodial maintenance experience in a school district or private business setting, including three to five years of demonstrated supervisory or lead experience overseeing staff, schedules , and operations.
