- High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or prior school office experience preferred).
- Strong proficiency with technology (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and school management databases, preferably Skyward).
- Multitasking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and empathetic under pressure or during emergency situations.
- Preference given to individuals with prior experience working in a school setting
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
- Salary range $20.50 - $21.50 per hour, depending on experience
