Key Duties/Accountabilities
- Develop and execute leasing strategies for multiple properties nationwide, ensuring optimal occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction.
- Design, launch, and refine long-term rental programs tailored to specific markets and property types.Build relationships with property owners, investors, and tenants, providing expert guidance on leasing best practices and program enhancements.Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations governing residential leasing and rental programs.
- Utilize digital tools and platforms to manage leads, communicate with stakeholders, and track leasing performance.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and competitive positioning for each property.
- Coordinate all aspects of lease setup remotely, including the support of drafting lease agreements, managing documentation, and facilitating virtual property tours.
