About the Role
As an onsite Scrum Master based in Lemonaid’s St. Louis pharmacy office, you will drive Agile delivery for teams building and improving Lemonaid’s telehealth and pharmacy systems. You’ll facilitate sprints, remove impediments, and bridge communication across engineering, pharmacy operations, and compliance to ensure high-quality, timely releases in a regulated healthcare environment. This is a hands-on, in-person role working closely with Lemonaid’s pharmacy fulfillment and operations teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead all Scrum ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) with product and pharmacy teams.
- Partner with Product Managers and Technical Leads to refine backlogs and align sprint goals with business priorities.
- Remove blockers affecting software or operational delivery, coordinating across fulfillment, compliance, and customer care.
- Track and communicate sprint metrics (velocity, throughput, predictability) to improve performance.
- Enforce Agile best practices while ensuring HIPAA and regulatory compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and process enhancements.
- Maintain Jira dashboards, sprint reports, and Confluence documentation.
- Foster a culture of accountability and Agile thinking across all teams.
Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting software or operational delivery teams.
- Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean).
- Extensive working experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Proven ability to facilitate cross-functional collaboration in regulated environments.
- Experience using Jira and Confluence; strong reporting and communication skills.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I).
- Healthcare, pharmacy, or telehealth experience strongly preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with pharmacy management systems, e-prescribing (SureScripts, NCPDP SCRIPT), or EPCS.
- Experience with ecommerce, fulfillment or mail-order operations.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and release management.
Pay range and compensation package
- Bonus: ~10% annual performance bonus
