Kitchen Assistant Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Kitchen Assistant Manager to lead our culinary team and ensure the smooth operation of our food service establishment. Duties

• Supervise daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and quality.
• Lead shift management by coordinating staff schedules, assigning tasks, and ensuring timely service during busy periods.
• Monitor compliance with health regulations and safety standards to uphold a clean and safe kitchen environment.
• Foster a positive team environment by motivating staff, providing feedback, and promoting professional growth.

Experience

• Proven management experience within a quick service or fast food restaurant environment, preferably with casual dining or fine dining background.
• Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen operations.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise staff effectively while maintaining high levels of customer service.
• Strong background in food safety regulations and best practices for food handling and sanitation..
• Prior experience in hospitality management or restaurant management roles is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership skills with a focus on training & development, team building, and conflict resolution.

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
