We are currently seeking an experienced and communicative Store Manager to lead our West Des Moines location and drive operational excellence.
Responsibilities
· Oversee daily operations and management of the spa to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
· Set and achieve sales and service goals; enhance customer satisfaction and retention
· Manage staff scheduling, training, performance evaluations, and team morale
· Lead recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding
· Conduct market research and analyze local competition; propose marketing and promotional strategies
· Handle client inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to uphold our reputation
· Manage inventory, equipment, and financial records; control operational costs
· Implement company policies and standards; report regularly to headquarters
Qualifications
· Minimum 2 years of management experience in a spa, massage, or beauty-related industry
· Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
· Proven ability to lead, recruit, and train staff
· Familiarity with spa operations; experience in market research or marketing is a plus
· Basic knowledge of financial and inventory management
· Self-motivated, responsible, and flexible to work weekends as needed
Preferred Qualifications
· Licensed massage therapist or esthetician preferred
· Bilingual (English/Chinese) is a plus
· Experience in designing loyalty programs or promotional events is a plus
