Lemon Massage Therapy and Skin Care in West Des Moinesis hiring licensed massage therapists (full-time and part-time). We offer massage, skincare/facial services, and head-spa therapy.
Compensation:
- 40.00 per hands-on service hour 100% of tips bonus/commission opportunities
- First 90 days: full-time therapists are guaranteed a minimum total of $2,400 per biweekly pay period, including tips, if you meet scheduling, attendance, and booking requirements. If your base pay tips fall short, we top up the difference. This is a top-up, not double pay. Part-time guarantee is prorated.
- After 90 days: continue at $40 per hands-on service hour 100% tips bonus/commission opportunities
- $1000 signing bonus after 90 days
- $500 referral bonus after the referred therapist completes 90 days
With steady client flow and typical tips, total compensation is often 60 per hands-on hour
What we protect
- 15–20 minute buffers between appointments
- Max 5–6 massages per day
- Schedules posted at least 2 weeks ahead
- No last-minute schedule stuffing

Requirements
- Iowa massage license required for independent massage work
- New grads welcome — we can host internship/clinical hours or a paid trial shift for students nearing graduation
- Must maintain agreed availability, attend scheduled shifts, accept assigned bookings, and follow studio policies to qualify for the guarantee
- Guarantee does not apply to no-shows, unapproved absences, or policy violations
