REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN (RBT) Schedule: 8:30am-3:00pm, Monday-Friday Site: Lemon Grove Academy Elementary School Year: 2026-2027 DEFINITION: Under the supervision of the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), assists in implementing behavior intervention plans; evaluates student progress through data collection techniques and graphing; provides consultation and training to staff regarding assessing behavior functions, implementing behavior intervention plans, and data collection procedures; supports the equity work of the district through implementation of positive behavior interventions for students with special needs.
