Position Overview:
We are seeking a personable, energetic, and team-oriented individual to join our Golf Shop team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, thrives in a customer service environment, and has a passion for golf.
Schedule:
- October–March: 2 days per week
- April–September: 3–4 days per week
- Regular workdays include: Monday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Shift hours: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests
- Assist with daily golf shop operations
- Check in golfers and manage tee times
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop
- Support tournament and event operations as needed
Compensation & Benefits:
- $15.00 – $15.50 per hour
- Complimentary golf privileges (2 rounds per week)

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and flexible with scheduling
- Golf knowledge is a plus, but not required
