Job Summary
We are seeking a Foreman to play a key role in delivering high-quality landscape construction projects while leading and developing a crew.
This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, communicates clearly, and understands that strong execution in the field drives great results.
Our work includes landscape design and build projects; specializing in patios, retaining walls, outdoor living spaces, artificial turf installations, water features and fire pit installations. These are hands-on, detail-driven projects built with long-term quality in mind.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily field operations and manage a small crew
- Plan and organize daily work to keep projects on schedule
- Read and execute landscape and hardscape plans
- Operate equipment and lead from the front
- Maintain safe, clean, and efficient jobsites
- Solve problems in real time and adapt as needed
- Ensure projects meet quality standards from start to finish
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Leadership mindset and ability to communicate clearly
- Experience in landscape construction or related trades preferred, but not required
