Overview
We are seeking multiple Carpenters of all skill levels to join our dynamic construction team at LeMieux Construction. Whether you're an experienced framer or just starting out in the trade, we are willing to train the right motivated candidates!
In this role, you will be instrumental in executing a wide range of building projects, with a strong focus on framing and finish carpentry. Your work will help ensure all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This position offers hands-on involvement across residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Duties
- Perform framing carpentry and structural frameworks according to project requirements
- Install metal stud framing for walls and partitions
- Execute trim carpentry, siding, and other finish work to enhance building aesthetics and durability
- Operate power tools, hand tools, and perform heavy lifting (up to 80 lbs) safely on-site
- Install roofing and other exterior systems
- Conduct dimensional measurements using tape measures and other tools to ensure accuracy in framing and installation
- Manage construction site activities including safety protocols, material handling, and coordination with team members
- Assist with remodeling projects and restoration work to refurbish existing structures
Skills & Requirements
- Proven experience in framing carpentry, trim work, and general construction preferred but not required — we are willing to train!
- Strong knowledge of construction safety procedures and best practices
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and tape measure for precise measurements
- Experience with siding, roofing systems, and restoration projects is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on safety and quality workmanship
- Basic math skills necessary for measurements and calculations on-site
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs safely while maintaining proper technique
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members'
- Must have a valid driver's license
