Electrical Preconstruction EngineerLemberg Electric is seeking an experienced Electrical Preconstruction Engineer to join our Construction team. In this role, you'll lead engineering and preconstruction efforts, develop project strategies, and help shape some of Southeastern Wisconsin's most recognized commercial, institutional, and industrial projects.As an employee-owned company, Lemberg offers the opportunity to grow your career while contributing to meaningful, high-impact work.What You'll DoLead engineering, design, VDC/BIM, and preconstruction activities.Develop conceptual designs, budgets, and cost models.Review scopes, schedules, and pricing with estimating.Ensure electrical designs meet NEC, IBC, NFPA, and industry standards.Improve processes, mentor staff, and support new technology adoption.Build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, and engineers.Support business development and design-build opportunities.Oversee quality, safety, and compliance across all preconstruction workflows.What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.5 years of experience in electrical contracting or electrical engineering.Strong knowledge of electrical systems, estimating, and preconstruction.Designer stamp or willingness to obtain.Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Accubid, Bluebeam, and MS Office.Strong communication and leadership skills.Valid driver's license and U.S. work authorization.
