LeMans Corporation is seeking a Talent Partner to join our HR team. This role is a key advisor and collaborator, aligning talent strategies with organizational goals and ensuring a strong pipeline for future growth. What You’ll Do
- Partner with business leaders and HR teams to forecast workforce needs and develop talent strategies.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, ensuring speed, quality, and equity.
- Use predictive analytics to anticipate future skill gaps, critical role risk, and capacity needs, recommending proactive interventions.
- Develop and standardize sourcing strategies to attract diverse, qualified candidates and promote inclusive hiring practices.
- Optimize recruitment workflows to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
- Work with leaders to support internal mobility, succession planning, and career development initiatives.
- Provide guidance on selection methodologies, interview techniques, and best practices
- Track and analyze talent metrics, including time-to-fill, quality of hire, and diversity goals.
- Promote employer branding through social media, events, and partnerships.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in talent management, organizational development, or full-cycle recruiting (corporate or agency setting preferred).
- Hands-on experience with talent acquisition, structured selection, and inclusive hiring practices.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment tools.
- Certification in Talent Acquisition (e.g., AIRS, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
