We are hiring Seasonal/Temporary Distribution Associates for a dedicated part-time second shift, working Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. This seasonal role runs from May through August, depending on business needs. There is an additional $2.00/hour premium shift incentive added to your base pay rate.
In this position, associates will support core distribution operations, including picking, packing, shipping, and stocking, while adhering to established safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform distribution tasks (picking, packing, shipping) while meeting performance, safety, and quality expectations.
- Support shipping operations including staging, labeling, loading, and verifying orders.
- Inspect inbound shipments, document discrepancies, sort materials, and update inventory systems.
- Replenish inventory locations and assist with cycle counts.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks) safely and responsibly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all SOPs, PPE requirements, and company safety guidelines.
- Complete seasonal tasks and additional duties as assigned.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational skills and ability to switch tasks efficiently.
- Comfortable with heights
- Basic computer skills, including use of inventory systems.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (or equivalent work experience).
- Must be 18 years old.
- 0–2 years of warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Must be available for the full seasonal assignment.
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment with variable temperatures, noise, and moving equipment.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and push up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
- Stand and walk for entire shift.
- Reach heights of at least 5 feet frequently.
- Climb ladders and stairs as needed.
- Use handheld devices, read screens, and communicate clearly.
- Move throughout the warehouse while carrying product.
