Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential units, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation-these will be empty units
- Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure health standards are met or exceeded
- Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, waxing, and floor care techniques suitable for different surfaces
- Use appropriate cleaning detergents and chemicals while adhering to safety guidelines for manual handling and chemical use

Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work or janitorial services is preferred
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks as required for outdoor work or deep cleaning projects
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client communication and satisfaction
- Experience with outdoor work environments is a plus
- Familiarity with cleaning supplies such as detergents and disinfectants along with proper usage protocols
