Compensation and Benefits:
Weekly earnings range from $1,300 to $1,500, depending on location and miles driven
Drive between 2,300 and 3,000 miles each week
Monthly bonus opportunities—earn up to an extra $750 every month based on your performance

Home Time:
Return home every 10 to 14 days
Need to get home sooner? We prioritize the needs of every class A CDL driver and will work with your schedule
Top-of-the-Line Equipment:
Operate late-model, well-maintained Peterbilt 579s, Freightliners, and Internationals
Trucks come equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems for your comfort and convenience
Freight and Lanes:
All dry van freight—no touch required
70% drop and hook—spend less time waiting, more time driving
Consistent lanes east of I-35, with steady automotive freight
Requirements:
Must have valid class A CDL
Safe driving record required
Prefer at least 3 months of OTR experience

LEM Trucking is expanding and now hiring CDL-A drivers across the U.S. We offer a variety of routes including local, regional, and OTR, with both no-touch freight and driver-assist options. We focus on driver support, steady work, and a respectful environment where your experience is valued.

This process may include employment verification, background screenings, and reviewing your MVR, PSP, and DAC reports. Orientation and travel arrangements will be made if required. Final approval is based on verified driving and work history.
