About the Opportunity
Lelulo Resource Partners is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to support daily facility and equipment operations for one of our valued partners in the Provo area. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping buildings, systems, and equipment running safely and efficiently. You will play a key role in troubleshooting issues, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring a clean, functional, and well-maintained facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment, machinery, and building systems
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and basic plumbing issues, resolving problems efficiently
- Complete work orders, document repairs, and maintain accurate maintenance records
- Inspect facilities regularly to identify potential safety hazards or repair needs
- Assist with installation, repair, and replacement of equipment, fixtures, and components
- Maintain tools, supplies, and equipment; keep maintenance areas organized and safe
- Coordinate with supervisors, vendors, and contractors for specialized repairs or projects
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and support day-to-day operational needs
- Follow all safety protocols and meet company and regulatory compliance requirements
- Support continuous improvement efforts and contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in maintenance, facilities, or a related trade
- Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building systems
- Ability to read and interpret manuals, diagrams, and work orders
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a busy environment
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CMMS or maintenance management software
- HVAC experience or certification
- Basic carpentry, welding, or fabrication skills
- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and general facility safety practices

Pay: $24.09 - $29.01 per hour
