About the Opportunity
Lelulo Resource Partners is seeking driven, customer-focused individuals for an Entry-Level Sales Manager position with one of our expanding client companies. This role is ideal for candidates who want long-term growth, hands-on training, and a clear path into leadership.
You will work directly with businesses, helping strengthen client relationships, support employee benefit initiatives, and promote customized service solutions. No previous sales management experience is required—just motivation, professionalism, and a strong desire to learn.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing business clients
- Develop connections across multiple departments within each organization
- Support businesses as they adopt and expand employee benefit offerings
- Serve as a trusted advisor by identifying client needs and recommending tailored solutions
- Drive revenue through strategic outreach, lead generation, qualification, and closing
- Collaborate with internal teams, management, and support staff to meet performance goals
- Maintain accurate records, provide timely follow-up, and uphold company Core Values
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Sales experience is helpful but not required
- General understanding of business development concepts
- Persistent, motivated, and goal-oriented attitude
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage a territory effectively
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Ability to commute to Ozark, MO 65721 (preferred)
- Willingness to travel up to 50% (preferred)
