Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth shift management and high-quality service delivery.
- Oversee team management, including hiring, training, and motivating hospitality staff to achieve operational excellence.
- Implement and monitor food safety management protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Utilize POS systems effectively for order processing, sales tracking, and reporting purposes.
- Conduct team training sessions to enhance staff skills, customer service standards, and operational procedures.
- Manage managerial communication across departments to facilitate coordination and effective decision-making.
- Analyze profit and loss statements to identify areas for financial improvement and cost control.

Experience
