What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Associate position at Leland?
We are hiring a Warehouse Associate to help move product safely and keep the warehouse running.
This is a hands-on warehouse role. Day to day work includes moving product, staging orders, loading and unloading, and keeping the floor organized. Stand-up forklift (hilo) work is a regular part of the job.
What you will do
- Operate a stand-up forklift (hilo) to move, stage, and load product
- Help with shipping, receiving, and putting product away
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders as needed
- Keep work areas clean and follow safety rules
- Work with the team to get orders out on time
What we need
- Stand-up forklift (hilo) experience
- Exceptional attendance and on-time arrival
- Good attitude and willingness to work with others
- Ability to work on your feet and lift product as needed
- Ability to follow directions and work safely
Nice to have
- Other powered equipment experience (pallet jack, sit-down forklift, driving box trucks)
- Warehouse or manufacturing experience
