Pool Service Technician – Leland, NC
Start Time: 6:40 AM
Schedule: Monday-Friday, No nights, No weekends
Start Date: ASAP
Pay: $18–$20/hr depending on experience, with the opportunity for a raise within the first 30 days based on performance and potential. The more skill and value you bring, the more you can earn.
Requirements
- 1 year of solo pool route experience
- Must be reliable
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must have a clean driving record
- Able to start and manage your own route of 35–55 residential pools/week within the first month
- Solid understanding of pool chemistry (Taylor test kit experience a plus)
- Able to lift 50 lbs
- CPO certification is a plus (current or past)
Job Duties
- Perform weekly pool cleaning services
- Test and balance water chemistry
- Clean pools and check equipment for proper operation
