Leland Management is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated individual to join our team as a Full-Time Clubhouse Janitorial Associate at Heritage Isle Clubhouse, located at 6800 Heritage Boulevard, Melbourne, FL 32940.
This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and staff.
Position Details
- Location: Heritage Isle Clubhouse
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Compensation: $18.00 per hour
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform routine floor care, including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and spot-cleaning carpets throughout the clubhouse.
- Remove trash from all designated areas to the dumpster.
- Clean, sanitize, and restock restroom facilities daily, including floors, countertops, mirrors and other assigned tasks.
- Clean interior and exterior windows as assigned.
- Dust, disinfect, and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
- Unlock and secure clubhouse doors as required.
- Inspect clubhouse rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness and proper appearance.
- Assist with additional cleaning and facility maintenance tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Communication Skills
- Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
- Capable of following written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Strong communication skills with residents, guests, and team members.
Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with staff, residents, and visitors.
- Willingness to help when needed while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Attention to Detail
- Demonstrates a strong commitment to cleanliness and quality standards.

- Ability to manage daily responsibilities efficiently.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds without assistance.
