Work Requirements
Primary work items
- Open, Close and secure the Community buildings for daily operations.
- Vacuum all carpeted floors and damp mop all tile floors
- Clean and disinfect restrooms facilities daily
- Pressure wash clubhouse, sidewalks, and outdoor pool deck as scheduled.
- Basic manual labor will be required, operating and maintaining various types of cleaning equipment/tools, mixing basic cleaning solutions
- Daily setups, room event setups and breakdowns.
- Wipe down and straighten all the furniture outside.
- Clean barbeque grills, pool decks and cabanas for daily use.
- Perform all other daily, monthly and annual tasks as indicated by management to ensure a safe and well maintained/clean environment
- A detailed job description will be provided.
- Blow sand and debris from courts
- Prepare all Sports Courts for daily play.
- Check all sports courts for damage, clean signage and ensure lighting is operational.
Required Sills and Qualifications:
- Must be able to work well independently as well as in a team environment
- Customer service and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Must have the ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Organizational skills: Maintenance of workshop areas, inventory, and supplies
- Preventive maintenance of community equipment and facilities
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
