Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and flexible Paraprofessional to join our team. In this dual-role position, you will: Serve as a substitute teacher in the Library 2 days a week and a classroom sub the remaining 3 days.

Delivering classroom instruction and managing classroom dynamics in the absence of the regular teacher. Provide targeted learning interventions to students under the supervision of the academic support team. Assist in implementing lesson plans, reinforcing learning objectives, and helping students achieve their academic goals. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other staff members to create a positive and productive learning environment. Support classroom management and ensure a safe, respectful learning atmosphere. Other minor responsibilities as assigned Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate’s degree or higher is preferred.

Experience working with students in an educational setting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage a classroom and engage students effectively. Flexible and adaptable to different teaching environments and student needs.

Familiarity with educational interventions and strategies for supporting diverse learners.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
