Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Lead the integration of radiators and generators, ensuring precise alignment and secure connections.
Build and install fuel water separators, ensuring proper function and compliance with industry standards.
Install gensets, mufflers, and other key components, maintaining high-quality standards.
Install structural elements such as walls, roofs, louvers, baffles, and dampers with precision and care.
Mock up, measure, and install fuel lines, leak detection systems, level sensors, and e-vent systems.
Oversee the assembly of fuel tanks and enclosures, ensuring secure and accurate connections.
Execute advanced mechanical tasks, including setting isolators, building muffler stands, setting doors, and installing battery racks.
Route and secure battery cables, ensuring proper installation and function.
Perform unit preparations, including wrapping the unit and prepping accessories for integration.
Maintain high standards of quality for all mechanical assemblies, aligning with LEL business standards.
Collaborate closely with other teams to ensure seamless workflow and operational efficiency.
