Requirements
- Active Texas Property & Casualty (P&C) license required at hire
- Must obtain Life & Health license within 90 days of starting (agency guidance provided)
- Strong communication skills; able to explain complex topics simply and respectfully
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Tech-savvy; comfortable with CRM, quoting, and communication tools
- Career-minded with interest in long-term growth and advancement
- Open to feedback, learning, and professional development
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work full-time or part-time within office hours (8:30am5:30pm, flexible scheduling)
- Comfortable working in a neurodivergent-friendly, inclusive environment
- Willingness to select from multiple compensation structures based on personal preference and performance style
- After a 60-day in-office onboarding period, eligible for in-office, hybrid, or remote work

Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established by the agency
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
- Build and maintain networking relationships with real estate agents, mortgage lenders, title companies, auto dealers, and other partners
- Greet all customers entering the office in a friendly, helpful manner
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate respectfully with all clients
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in agency systems
- Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and professional development
- Demonstrate resourcefulness, willingness to learn, coachability, and a positive, enthusiastic attitude
- Uphold ethical sales practices, compliance standards, and agency values in all interactions
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
