Responsibilities for the General Maintenance position include:
Responsible for the completion of all maintenance service requests as assigned.
Paint and Power wash store lots as needed
Maintains and repairs the facility’s building structures and systems as needed
Provide grounds keeping services, such as landscaping or snow removal. May include picking up trash, sweeping curb and dumpster areas and maintaining grounds.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements for the General Maintenance position include:
Ability to utilize the available time to organize and complete work within given deadlines.
Ability to complete assigned tasks under stressful situations.
Ability to communicate effectively with others using the spoken word.
Ability to identify and correct conditions that affect employee safety.
Must be reliable, dependable and trustworthy.
