Job Title: Gate Guard
Full-Time position: 40 hours (including weekends)
Salary: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Sunday, including weekends, must be available to work 2pm - 10pm.

Leisure World of Maryland Corporation (LWMC), the property management company for Leisure World of Maryland, is a private, age-restricted community comprised of 29 community associations representing over 5,600 homes and extensive Trust operations, located in Silver Spring, Maryland has immediate openings for Gate Guards to work 2:00pm to 10:00pm shift. The schedule include weekends and it is subject to change based on operational needs.
The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma/general education degree (GED). They should also have 1-3 years of related experience, and/or training preferred but not necessary.
Please Note: New Hires will train on a variety of shifts which includes a midnight shift, 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM Employees will continuously work on a variety of shifts and all schedules are subject to change based on operational need.
