Now Hiring: Maintenance Director
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance and housekeeping staff.
- Oversee daily operations including repairs, preventive maintenance, and cleaning schedules.
- Conduct inspections to assess facility conditions and address any maintenance or cleanliness issues promptly.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance projects.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.
- Train and mentor staff on proper maintenance and housekeeping procedures.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment needed for maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
Qualifications:
- Must have 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within maintenance and/or housekeeping, preferably in a healthcare or senior living setting.
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance, repair techniques, and housekeeping practices.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to facility maintenance and cleanliness.
