Backyard Discovery is looking to fill a General Laborer - Flipper position on the night crew at its Lamar, Missouri facility. The hours of work for this position will be Monday-Thursday, 4:30 pm to 2:30 am. Please apply by clicking the blue "Apply Now" link above.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION – PURPOSE OF ROLE:
Lifting boxes and re-stacking them and moving product throughout a warehouse environment.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES AS REQUESTED:
Warehouse and inventory clean-up and maintenance;
As needed, will assist with special projects/tasks in other departments
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Ability to team lift up to 150lbs on a daily basis;
Ability to stand and walk with boxes for 8 hours per day;
Ability to carry and lift boxes while reaching, bending, climbing, walking/standing to move product throughout the warehouse;
Ability to work in varying temperatures
QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to work in a warehouse environment
Current driver’s license
PREFERRED SKILLS, COMPETENCIES AND EXPERIENCE:
Forklift experience is desired but not required;
Manufacturing/warehouse experience preferred but not required;
Deadline driven;
Good listening skills;
Attention to detail, quality & accuracy
