Leisure Time Pool Service & Repair is seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Office Administrator / Service Dispatcher to join our team. This is a key position responsible for coordinating daily operations, supporting our field technicians, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
- Schedule and dispatch service technicians efficiently
- Answer incoming customer calls and emails
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns
- Coordinate technician schedules and route changes
- Create and manage work orders
- Maintain accurate customer records and service notes
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and administrative tasks
- Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and management
- Monitor daily operations to ensure services are completed on schedule
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Effective problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Professional attitude and dependable work ethic
- Dispatching experience preferred but not required
- Administrative or office experience preferred
