Resorts Director of Facilities - North Shore Area

We’re looking for a Resorts Director of Facilities to lead facilities, engineering, maintenance, and capital improvement efforts across our North Shore Resorts.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Direct day-to-day facilities, engineering, and maintenance operations across multiple resort locations.
- Establish and oversee preventive maintenance programs.
- Ensure guest rooms, public spaces, recreational facilities, grounds, and back-of-house areas are safe and well-maintained.
- Lead, mentor, and develop facilities and engineering teams.
- Build a culture rooted in safety, accountability, teamwork, and pride.
- Plan, manage, and oversee renovations, refurbishments, capital improvements, and major property projects.
- Develop annual capital expenditure budgets and long-range facilities plans.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Lead OSHA compliance and workplace safety initiatives.
- Develop and manage departmental operating and capital budgets.
- Review contracts and manage vendor relationships.
- Ensure facility-related guest issues are addressed quickly and professionally.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 7–10 years of facilities, engineering, maintenance, or property operations experience.
- 5 years of leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, building systems, grounds, and preventive maintenance.
- Strong project management, budgeting, and organizational skills.
- Facilities are safe, reliable, functional, and guest-ready.
- Capital projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to standard.
