- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and ensure all guest records are up-to-date
- Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest needs and ensure smooth operations
- Handle cash and credit t ransactions accurately and securely
- Uphold hotel policies and standards to ensure guest satisfaction and safety
Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality t raining is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service or front desk operations preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Abil ity to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with reservation systems and basic computer skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
