Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance the landscape by planting, watering, pruning, and caring for flowers, trees, and shrubs
• Assist with seasonal planting and landscape design projects
• Perform general groundskeeping tasks including mowing, trimming, and debris removal
• Ensure the grounds are safe, clean, and visually appealing in all weather conditions
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement landscape improvement plans
• Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment safely and efficiently

Skills and Qualifications:

• Passion for outdoor work and landscaping
• Ability to work in various weather conditions, including rain, snow, and heat
• Experience with planting, pruning, and landscape maintenance preferred
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and attention to detail
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and bending
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are a plus
