- Experience with maintaining detailed and accurate medical and care records
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide compassionate care and build rapport with residents
- Must hold a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Knowledge of sanitation, infection control practices, and emergency response procedures
- Previous experience in a long-term care or nursing center setting is beneficial
- CPR and first aid certification is preferred
