What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor a skilled kitchen team with creativity and enthusiasm
- Oversee daily food preparation, ensuring quality and presentation exceed expectations
- Manage food and labor costs while maintaining high standards
- Collaborate to design flavorful, seasonal menus that delight residents and guests
- Foster a culture of teamwork, growth, and exceptional hospitality
What You’ll Bring
- 5 years of kitchen experience
- 2 years as a Chef or Executive Chef (restaurant, hotel, or senior living experience preferred)
- ServSafe certification
- A passion for innovation, flavor, and creating memorable dining experiences
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
