Position Title: Lead Technical Consultant
Reports to: IT Project Manager

Position Summary:
Leisnoi Professional Solutions, LLC has an immediate need for an expert level Technical Consultant with specialized subject matter expertise. The Technical Consultant SME will provide high-caliber consultancy services, leveraging their in-depth knowledge to design, implement, and optimize complex technical solutions that align with client objectives.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead the design and delivery of innovative technical solutions that meet complex client requirements.
- Serve as the subject matter expert across multiple technical domains, offering expert guidance and insights during consultations.
- Design and lead the execution of sophisticated technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and strategic objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and translate these into precise technical requirements and project blueprints.
- Provide industry-leading advice on best practices in areas such as system architecture, cloud services, and software development.
- Establish and sustain strategic client relationships to foster trust and promote long-term partnerships.
- Guide and mentor project teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality technical outcomes within scope and budget.
- Perform in-depth technical audits and generate detailed reports with actionable recommendations.
- Lead specialized workshops and training, facilitating knowledge transfer and skill enhancement for client teams.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify root causes and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Remain current with emerging technologies and industry advancement, applying these insights to enhance both client projects and internal operations.
- Champion project improvements by identifying and implementing best practice strategies for system efficiency and effectiveness.
Basic Qualifications and Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a high-level technical consulting role with a proven track record of success in delivering complex technical solutions.
- Extensive experience as a recognized subject matter expert in at least one technical domain.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Demonstrated expert-level proficiency in system architecture and design, particularly in scalable and resilient systems.
- Advanced expertise in cloud infrastructure and services, particularly with AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Mastery of diverse software development practices, including both agile and waterfall frameworks.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strategic approach to technical challenges.
- Proven leadership and team-building skills, with success in mentoring and developing technical talent.
- Superior communication skills, adept at explaining sophisticated technical details to diverse audiences.
- Experience with high-level content management and system integration.
- Ability to operate effectively in high-pressure environments while juggling multiple responsibilities.
- Capable of obtaining and maintaining the required security clearance (TS/SCI).
