Leidos is seeking a highly qualified candidate for a Social Media Manager to support planning, coordinating, and executing outreach activities to engage beneficiaries and service providers through various approved social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience designing and implementing social media outreach strategies, generating and curating engaging, informative, and accurate content, and tracking social media analytics and engagement metrics to evaluate the success of outreach efforts. The candidate must reside in the Maryland/Virginia region and be available to work on-site at one of our DMV office locations.

Pay Range
Pay Range $101,400.00 - $183,300.00

Primary Responsibilities
- Utilize approved platforms to inform, educate, and communicate outreach activities
- Plan and coordinate beneficiary and service provider outreach activities through various approved social media platforms
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvements.
- Bachelor’s Degree from a currently accredited institution in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field with (12) years’ experience.
- Ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling social media content tailored to various audiences, with a focus on educational and promotional materials.
- Experience in analyzing social media trends, audience engagement data, and campaign performance metrics to inform strategy.
- In-depth understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices. Experience in media production, communication, and dissemination techniques via social media.
- Experience working with government programs or non-profit organizations.
- Experience in managing social media advertising campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).

- Must successfully clear a Public Trust background determination throughout duration of employment.
