Leidos has a career opportunity for a Russian Instructor at the Offutt Language Learning Center in Bellevue, NE. The selected individual will teach adult professional students and develop or modify language training materials.

Pay Range $73,450.00 - $132,775.00

Leidos has a career opportunity for a Russian Instructor at the Offutt Language Learning Center in Bellevue, NE. The selected individual will teach adult professional students and develop or modify language training materials.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide global language, cryptologic, language, and cultural training to military forces and civilian personnel via traditional classroom instruction, written materials, technology-based instruction, and distributed learning services.
- Develop and integrate new global and cryptologic training materials, curriculum, and courseware for approval of US Government.
- Adapt instructional methods to meet student language proficiency goals, learning styles, and time constraints
- Interagency Language Round Table (ILRT) level 3 or higher in Russian and an advanced working proficiency in English (ILRT level 2 , based on DLPT 4)
- Bachelor’s degree in Russian language, applied linguistics, or language teaching preferred.
- 4 years of related experience (8 years without a degree). Alternatively, an associate degree plus 6 years of related experience is acceptable.
- 1 or more years’ experience providing language or relation instruction.
- Expert knowledge of Russian to include speaking, grammar, phonology, linguistic functions, etc.
- Instructional Systems Design experience preferred
- Requires US citizenship
