Pay Range
Pay Range $87,100.00 - $157,450.00

Primary Responsibilities
- Develop cutting edge radar signal processing and analysis algorithms for National Defense
- Research cutting edge algorithms for radar noise reduction, detection, and characterization
- Perform radar data analysis
- Create efficient implementations in software
- Document results
- Work collegially within a talented team of peers
- BS degree with 5 years of prior relevant radar signal processing experience, Masters with 2 years of prior radar signal processing experience or Doctoral degree in a scientific field such as applied math, physics, or engineering.
- Able to obtain a Top-Secret security clearance
- Experience in scientific algorithm development and radar data analysis.
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
- Fluency in MATLAB, Python, or similar high-level language
- Proven track record of innovation, problem solving, and achieving technical results
- Strong documentation skills
- Required on-site full-time work in San Diego, CA
- An understanding of complex radar phenomenology, detection, and characterization.
- Experience programming in C/C
- Comfortable with public speaking and/or customer presentations
