Leidos Health & Services Sector is seeking Clinical Psychologist candidates to work in Chantilly, VA or McLean, VA *location to be determined by staffing need. This is a very rewarding and challenging opportunity supporting our Military and Intelligence men and women and the challenges they face.

Pay Range
Pay Range $154,050.00 - $278,475.00

Primary Responsibilities
- Diagnose psychological disorders and provide evidence-based psychotherapy and consultations
- Conduct diagnostic interviews and therapy sessions using evidence-based and brief therapeutic models.
- Provide support for fatigue management and a national health care referral capability/networks
- Provide psychological briefings, program development tasks and training and development and implementation for group
- therapy and workshops.
- Maintain complete, accurate, and current records of all clinical services rendered, includes initial evaluations, progress notes, summary notes and all other necessary documentation
- Consult with management and other medical staff as needed
- Masters degree in Clinical Psychology or related with 15 – 20 years of prior relevant experience or Doctorate with 13 – 16 years of prior relevant experience.
- Must have licensure to work at an independent level. A current valid unrestricted counseling license/certification from one of the 50 U.S. states or D.C. that grants the authority to provide counseling services as an independent practitioner in their respective fields is required.
- Experience conducting assessments and clinical interviews to include documenting clinical findings
- Ability to diagnose psychological disorders and provide evidence-based psychotherapy
- Strong clinical abilities, and enthusiasm for a collaborative approach to treatment.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Detail-Oriented
