Leidos QTC Health Services is seeking a Sr. Clinician Communications & Engagement Specialist. The Sr. Clinician Communications & Engagement Specialist role is responsible for developing and executing a structured communications and engagement strategy to support the growth, retention, and experience of LQTC’s clinician network. This role owns clinician-facing communications across the full lifecycle — from recruitment through onboarding, engagement, and retention — and works closely with Provider Management and Communications teams to strengthen clinician connection to LQTC. Reporting to the External Communications team, this role partners with the Leidos enterprise digital and analytics teams to deliver effective, data-informed communications across multiple channels.

Primary Responsibilities:
Clinician Lifecycle Communications
- Own and execute communications across the clinician lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and retention
- Establish a consistent and structured communication cadence for clinicians
- Ensure clinicians receive timely, relevant, and clear information aligned to business priorities
Clinician Engagement & Network Growth
- Develop and execute communications strategies that strengthen clinician engagement and retention
- Support clinician recruitment efforts through targeted messaging and campaigns
- Identify opportunities to build clinician community, including storytelling, testimonials, and peer engagement
- Contribute to initiatives that improve clinician experience and connection to LQTC
Recruitment & Growth Communications
- Partner with Growth and Provider Management teams to support clinician recruitment campaigns
- Develop and refine clinician value proposition messaging
- Support targeted outreach initiatives, including digital campaigns, events, and referral programs
- Align messaging with enterprise marketing and brand strategy
Digital Channel Coordination (with Leidos Enterprise Teams)
- Partner with enterprise digital team to execute clinician communications across email, web, and emerging platforms
- Own content and communication strategy while leveraging corporate teams for execution and analytics
- Support development of clinician-facing digital journeys and landing pages
- Monitor engagement metrics and recommend improvements based on performance
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Serve as primary communications partner to Provider Management, Clinical Excellence, Customer Experience and Clinic Operations teams
- Translate operational updates, policy changes, and program information into clear clinician messaging
- Coordinate with Internal Communications team where clinician messaging intersects with workforce communications
- Ensure alignment with enterprise messaging and communication priorities
Content & Campaign Development
- Develop clinician-facing content including newsletters, emails, updates, FAQs, and campaign materials
- Support communications for clinician events, webinars, and outreach initiatives
- Ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with brand standards
Performance & Continuous Improvement
- Track clinician engagement and communication effectiveness across channels
- Partner with analytics teams to interpret data and improve communication performance
- Continuously refine messaging, cadence, and channel strategy based on insights
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in preferably Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field
- 7 years of experience in communications, marketing, or stakeholder engagement roles
- Experience supporting external audiences, preferably in healthcare or provider-facing environments
- Strong writing and messaging skills with the ability to simplify complex information
- Experience managing multiple communication initiatives simultaneously
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage stakeholder relationships
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare, provider networks, or regulated environments
- Experience supporting recruitment, engagement, or retention communications
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (e.g., email campaigns, web content)
- Experience working with analytics to inform communication strategy
