Prism Financial Program Analyst

The NISC IV group at Leidos currently has an opening for a Prism Financial Program Analyst to work in our Oklahoma City, OK office. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience helping the National Airspace System (NAS) Information Technology group.

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Program Financial Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to IT Purchasing Management with financial and acquisition support with Government financial systems: Service Now, PCPS (Purchase Card Procurement System), and PRISM.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will:

• Provide financial and acquisition support with a strong focus on PRISM system utilization, including requisition tracking, processing, and reporting
• Support offices with purchasing, inventory, maintenance, and archiving financial documentation
• Assist with a variety of financial and data-related reports and analyses
• Provide timely financial data, reporting, and analysis of internal controls to support program management
• Design and maintain tracking systems for numerous programs
• Compile Task Order Metrics, Contract Status Reports (CSRs), and other related data
• Coordinate special projects and events
• Adapt to varying workloads and support evolving AIT requirements

Basic Qualifications:

Requires US Citizen or US Person with the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.

• Bachelor's Degree with 4 years of relevant experience (additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree)
• Hands-on experience with PRISM in a financial or program analyst capacity (required)
• Demonstrated experience supporting procurement, acquisition, or financial processes using PRISM
• U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Residency required
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Service Now / PCPS experience as well as previous FAA experience.
