Overview
The private practice of Leidenheimer Dental Group, located in Elyria Ohio (25 Miles West of Cleveland) is seeking a dedicated and skilled General Dentist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of general dentistry, with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care and improving oral health. This role offers an opportunity to utilize advanced dental techniques, collaborate with a professional team, and contribute to the well-being of diverse patient populations.
We are a full service facility with 5 General Dentists, and 2 hygienists with a support staff of approximately 18 employees. The office work schedule is Mondays through Thursdays 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. No Fridays or weekends.
We perform most procedures in house from limited exams to full mouth restorations, implant placement and fixed & removable prosthetics. Our patient base is approximately 60% state insurance, and 40% PPO insurance and cash. ( No HMO’s)
Our office uses the latest technology and consists of 12 operatories for general dentistry, and a separate area for surgery consisting of 3 operatories and sterilization area. We use Dentrix computerized dental software with Dexis Imaging, digital panoramic and x-rays, intraoral cameras, Zoom teeth whitening system, Cerec system for crowns & surgical guides and a CT Cone Beam system for implants and a LiteTouch hard and soft tissue Laser. We have an in-house removable prosthetics lab for traditional and digital dentures and make all crowns in house with Cerec.
The position offers a $10,000 signing bonus and a production-based compensation package with a guaranteed base minimum salary of $850 per day. The production percentage is negotiable based on experience and procedures performed. The office will cover your continuing education course work, malpractice insurance and DEA license renewal. Group Medical Insurance is covered at 50% of the cost for the dentist,
