LEHR is seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to develop and manage customer relationships, generate new business, and grow revenue within an assigned territory. This role focuses on face-to-face selling, consultative relationship building, and delivering solutions that meet customer needs. Experience in automotive, fleet, upfitting, manufacturing, or B2B sales is a plus, but not required.

Experience in automotive, fleet, upfitting, manufacturing, or B2B sales is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with public safety agencies and municipal customers
- Prospect and identify new business opportunities within assigned territory
- Conduct in-person sales meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and bid responses
- Manage customer orders from initial contact through delivery
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and order fulfillment
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within Salesforce and Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Meet or exceed established sales goals and territory growth objectives
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Previous outside sales or B2B sales experience preferred
- Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory
- Automotive, fleet, and mechanical knowledge - a plus
- Knowledge of public safety agencies and procurement processes -a plus
- Existing relationships within law enforcement, fire, or EMS communities - a plus
- $65,000-$85,000 and commission structure based on experience
