Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with public safety agencies and municipal customers
- Prospect and identify new business opportunities throughout Southern Ohio
- Present and demonstrate uniform and body armor products to customers
- Conduct equipment evaluations, sizing, and fitting appointments
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and bid responses
- Manage customer orders from initial contact through delivery
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and order fulfillment
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within CRM
- Meet or exceed established sales goals and territory growth objectives
- Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record as company car will be provided for business travel
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn CRM
- Ability to travel throughout Southern Ohio regularly
- Experience selling uniforms, body armor, law enforcement equipment, or public safety products
- Knowledge of public safety agencies and procurement processes
- Existing relationships within law enforcement, fire, or EMS communities
- $58,000 base plus 10% monthly net sales
- Full-Time/non-exempt
