- Prepare and serve a variety of food items with attention to quality, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Operate POS systems such as Square POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Engage customers with friendly service, upselling menu items to enhance their experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness of the concession cart or kiosk, including food prep areas, counters, and equipment.
- Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including giving correct change and balancing cash drawers.
- Restock supplies regularly to ensure the cart is fully stocked for busy periods.
- Uphold food safety regulations and sanitation practices according to industry standards.
- Assist with clearing orders as needed to support smooth operations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure quick turnaround times during high-volume periods.
- Follow all health guidelines related to food handling, storage, and hygiene to guarantee customer safety.
- Previous experience in food preparation, food service, or retail environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and active communication abilities.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations confidently.
