Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of development professionals
- Design, implement, and evaluate comprehensive annual giving programs
- Develop strategic solicitation strategies using data-informed approaches
- Oversee multi-channel fundraising efforts across diverse constituent groups
- Manage The Lehigh Fund and integrated annual giving initiatives
- Cultivate long-term philanthropic relationships with alumni, parents, and friends
- Report directly to Associate Vice President for Development
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or the equivalent combination of education and experience; Master's degree in Nonprofit management, Communications, or Business preferred
- Five to eight years related work experience
- Supervisory experience is required; experience managing students desirable
- Proven ability to design and execute successful fundraising strategies
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external stakeholders
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Raiser’s Edge, Salesforce) and data-driven decision-making
