Key Responsibilities:
- Process and track major faculty actions including appointments, reappointments, promotion and tenure, triennial reviews, leaves, and retirements
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to Deputy Provost for Faculty Affairs and team
- Schedule and coordinate high-level meetings and make travel arrangements
- Maintain and update all Faculty Affairs websites
- Support ADVANCE initiatives with administrative and communications assistance
- Coordinate the annual Faculty Awards Banquet
- Handle sensitive faculty information with strict confidentiality and discretion
- High school diploma or the equivalent combination of education and experience in Business; Associates Degree preferred
- Three to five years of related work experience
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in database management and data entry
- Experience with website maintenance and content management
- Advanced emotional intelligence and diplomatic interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality in sensitive situations
- Detail-oriented approach with ability to manage multiple priorities
